The Bistro menu is very comprehensive and features a wide range of interesting and reasonably priced dishes together with a daily speciality list. The A` la Carte Restaurant overlooks the Hotel Gardens and offers a more elegant style of dining and service for that special occasion. Both restaurants are popular with guests and locals alike and offer a selection of fresh local seafood and Charcoal grill specialities. Dilham Arts Centre is nearby with its many popular courses in all aspects of Arts and Crafts. Visitors wishing to learn to sail can take advantage of courses operated by Try Sailing. Hickling Broad is close by and is a popular venue with birdwatchers and naturalists visiting its nature reserve. Sailing boats can be hired at Whispering Reeds Boatyard
